1. No Return or Refund for Change of Mind
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges shall be provided for change of mind.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Refunds or replacements will be considered only where:
- The product received is defective, damaged during transit, or
- The product delivered does not match the order placed
Claims must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, together with clear photographic or video evidence.
3. Conditions for Approval
Approved claims require that:
- Products remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Claims submitted beyond the stated timeframe shall not be entertained.
4. Refund Processing
Where approved, refunds shall be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days and issued via the original payment method.
5. Exclusions
Refunds shall not be provided for:
- Opened or used products
